Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! For stickers, you can place an order on our site like normal, but for merch, aircraft and spare parts, please contact us at: support@tailheavyrc.com

Alternatively, you can use the contact button at the top of our site.

Please include in your message what it is you're interested in purchasing along with the address you'd like it shipped to. From there, we will get you a quote.

Unfortunately, we don't offer free shipping on international orders.

What Is Your Refund Policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products or services once a purchase is made.

However, if you experience an issue with your order, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@tailheavyrc.com within 30 days of purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue in accordance with our policies.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.
